Just Pixel Studio provides a browser-based pixel art creation tool, including animation, sprite management, and export features. Data may be stored locally in your browser or optionally in your Google Drive, depending on your choice.

3. User Data & Privacy

• Data is stored locally in your browser by default (IndexedDB).
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access or disrupting functionality.
• All artwork you create remains your intellectual property; you grant Just Pixel Studio the right to display your work only if you explicitly publish it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or third-party issues resulting from the use of the Service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea.
